This is just a wider angle view of the lab portion of the room, with the fiddle bench in the foreground and then the test bench behind it. The main station is to the right. The chair is a nice massage chair. Just to the right of the chair you can see some stereo gear, which allows me to control the music as I sit in the massage chair. The image on the wall on the left is of NGC4565, a spiral galaxy that is about 45 million light years away. I took the image with my 14" SCT telescope on a Paramount ME, using an SBIG STL11000M, which is an 11 megapixel thermoelectrically cooled astro-camera which was operating at -25 degree centigrade. It is a 2 hour exposure. |
