This is my test bench. I won't go into a lot of detail because I doubt many people will care. But I will point out some highlights. The radio on edge on the bench is an SX-110 that I was aligning when the picture was taken. The mess of clip leads and variable caps is a crystal set I was experimenting with. The rather large HP unit on the lower left is an 8660C, a highly stable synthesized signal generator. There are several other signal generators too. There is a 8556 spectrum analyzer, a couple of 2465 300 Mhz scopes, an HP Selective level meter, VTVMs, other signal generators and frequency counters. The old Heathkit signal generators are really just nostalgia items, but are actually useful sometimes. |
